Installation:
Both artists are looking for extremes their work. The medium film or sculpture is for them a tool that is used to create a different layer in life to discover a new level of acceptance and awareness

The picture tells an universal story of the powerful individual that the vital link is to connect on the one hand and the vulnerable person in the submissive position on the other hand.

Sculpture:
The sculpture made out of steel represents a bathroom situation. A person raised out of the grid of her surroundings. The lines which are normally found as a binder form whitin a tiled wall.
A character who generously gives from a subservient position and indicates a border at the same time.

The paradox lies in the empty shapes between the lines that freely determine the body of a women but also captures her within her own shape. An image that evokes you to discover the deeper meaning.

A female is a binding element in society. As an invisible strength in many processes she sends and gives meaning.
De voeg is a sculpture that evokes more visions then particularly a man can comprehend.
